Lovely quiet location, close to quality bars, restaurants. Short stroll to transport or 15-minute walk to major sites. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a big bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoyed the quaint old-world Italian furniture and the beautiful courtyard.
Some guests experienced issues with the accuracy of the description and address of the apartment. Some minor maintenance issues such as cleanliness of kitchenware and appliances.

Everything about this stay was very pleasant, thanks. The apartment was fairly clean and had location short walk to the water bus stop and restaurant and Piazza San Marco. The staff was helpful, they sent us lots of info. Had comfortable bed, a cable TV with on-demand movies, TV and a microwave oven for our needs. Got private bathroom with bidet...

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the vaporetto stop and easy access to various parts of Venice. the apartment was well-equipped and clean, with comfortable bedrooms and a modern kitchen and bathroom. the local area had everything we needed, including a nearby pizzeria, bakery, and greengrocers. Ivan, the host, provided lots of useful information and even stocked the apartment with milk, juice, jam, and bread for our arrival. it was a great experience for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The host, Ivan, was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He met us at the water bus stop and even provided us with food and drinks upon arrival. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and clean area away from the crowds of tourists. We enjoyed the peacefulness and were still able to easily access the main attractions either by walking or taking the water bus. the staff and facilities exceeded our expectations.
